Once a donation is processed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. We request you to double-check the amount and details before proceeding with the payment.

Non-Refundable Policy

We do not offer any refund for donations or payments made through our website, whether for religious rituals, sevas, or events. This includes instances of:

• Mistaken donation amount

• Duplicate transactions

• Technical issues during payment

• Change of decision after donation

2. Payment Errors

In the rare event that a transaction error occurs (e.g., multiple deductions for the same donation), please contact us immediately with proof of the transaction. We will verify the issue and, if found valid, process the necessary correction within 7–10 working days.

3. Seva or Puja Booking

If you have booked a seva/puja/havan through the website:

• The amount is non-refundable once the service is confirmed.

• Date rescheduling may be permitted if requested at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability and at the discretion of the temple management.
