Guru Maa, along with the faith in Kamakhya Maa, wants to benefit and make everyone aware of the long-term benefits of a little change in the daily routine of all living beings. Guru Maa’s objective is to give a right direction to conscious life and to irrigate the holy stream of the earth which is selflessly nourishing us, to make it green by freeing it from the ill effects of industry and other pollutions and to prepare it again for the future generations.
A man takes care at every level to protect and nurture his child in his lifetime and tries to collect movable and immovable property, but he forgets that the most important of all is his health and Prana Vayu which is life-giving and by spending his entire life in the hustle and bustle, he fails to fulfill his duty efficiently. Guru Maa’s resolution through Jeevan Ropan Uddhoksh is that a person should consider planting trees understanding the environmental needs and today’s lifestyle and not just for the sake of food. The youth who call their life successful in today’s times or are very busy in earning money should be concerned about their role in the context of environment and earth. Necessary steps have to be taken as per Guru Maa. Devi Maa sent us empty handed in this world. If we give back even that much of the resources that we are using on this earth by our deeds or money, then by maintaining balance, the future generation will also be able to enjoy happiness like us.

Carbon Footprint
What is carbon footprint?
How can we reduce our carbon footprint?
Following are some important measures to reduce our carbon footprint:
1. Save energy: Use less electricity. Switch off unnecessary lights and electronics. Use energy-conserving appliances, such as LED bulbs and inverter ACs.
2. Improve transportation: Opt for public transport, cycling, or walking instead of personal vehicles. If possible, use electric vehicles, which emit less pollution than petrol and diesel vehicles.
3. Recycling and reuse: Recycle items such as plastic, paper, metal, and glass. Reuse or donate old clothes, furniture, and other items.
4. Eat local and seasonal foods: Eat locally grown and seasonal foods, as these take less energy to transport. Choose foods grown from organic farming.
5. Tree plantation: Plant as many trees as possible. Trees absorb carbon dioxide and produce oxygen, which is beneficial for our environment.
6. Conserve water: Stop wasting water and save as much water as possible. Adopt measures like rainwater harvesting to conserve water.
7. Consume less: Buy only essential clothing, items, and other products. Avoid unnecessary shopping, which reduces energy consumption in production and transportation.
8. Use green energy: Increase the use of solar energy, wind energy, and other renewable energy sources.
9. Adopt a sustainable lifestyle: Carbon footprint can be reduced even by making small changes in lifestyle, such as cooking your food less, using energy-efficient appliances, etc.
